Visitor Guidelines
To Maintain Your Ride Experience Quality, Please Read and Follow These Instructions
- Reserved session participants should arrive at the counter 30 minutes before the session begins to purchase tickets and check in. If check-in is not completed, the reservation will be automatically canceled. (Example: If you reserved a 13:00 session, please complete check-in at the counter before 12:30.)
- For weekday session reservations, please arrive 15 minutes early to check in. For weekend sessions, please arrive 30 minutes early due to larger crowds. If check-in is not completed, your reservation will be automatically canceled. (Example: If you reserved a 10:00 session, please complete check-in at the counter before 9:30.) For those who reserved the 09:30 session, arriving 15 minutes early is sufficient.
- On weekdays (Wednesday to Friday), 12:00-13:00 is a rest period. We recommend that those who reserved the 11:45 session arrive early to experience the attraction.
- The flight theater has stairs that require walking. Those with mobility difficulties need to be accompanied by companions who can assist with going up and down stairs.
- i-Ride KAOHSIUNG prioritizes reserved guests. On-site ticket purchasers will be arranged on a standby basis for the next available session.
- The entire experience takes approximately 20-30 minutes, including flight mission commemorative photos, flight mission briefing room, and the 5D ultra-realistic flight experience.
- For those who do not enter according to the announced session times, staff reserve the right to adjust the actual entry time.
- Tickets are valid only on the day of purchase. If tickets cannot be identified due to loss, damage, or other factors, they cannot be reissued or refunded. Please keep them secure.
- When exhibits are being changed, renovated, under construction, or affected by major special incidents, the company may close certain areas as needed.
- When riding the i-Ride KAOHSIUNG flight theater, the use of recording devices, video cameras, mobile phones, and other electronic equipment is strictly prohibited to maintain the quality of the riding experience and protect intellectual property rights.
- When entering the exhibition area, please follow these guidelines and staff instructions. If you violate the following items and the company determines your behavior may compromise safety or viewing order, the company reserves the right to refuse entry:
- Do not bring any prohibited or dangerous items, food, or beverages into the venue.
- Please observe viewing etiquette. Do not chase, play, eat, smoke, chew gum or betel nuts, sit on the floor, litter, or engage in any gambling games.
- No pets allowed.
- Large items such as umbrellas or luggage should be stored before entering the venue.
If you fail to comply with these regulations or staff instructions, causing damage to company facilities or exhibits, you will be liable for compensation.
